An Information Retrieval Method for Question Answering bulletin board systems based on Relationships between Questions and Answers

Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose an effective scoring method for retrieving question and answer BBS. These BBS consist of many questions and answers of the questions. However, the users of our retrieval system do not know the answers of their questions. Therefore, the terms of users queries should not appear in the answers of questions. In our proposed method, we set the basis of feature vectors as the terms of users queries. From our experimental evaluation, we unvail that the averaging presion of our proposed method is 6% better than existing vector space model based method.
