Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multi-band/multi-mode transceivers based on software defined radio (SDR) technology need combined configuration of broad-band and tunable RF devices. RF blocks which should be made by broad-band RF devices are up/down converters (including analog MOD/DEMOD.) In this report, these examples are introduced with actual RF block diagram and circuitry.
