Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Digital RF-CMOS circuits have a number of attractive features, e.g. small-size, low-power, low-voltage, one-chip, low-cost, and therefore R&D activities are very amazing in the world. In these circuits, digital signal processing is widely employed for compensation and calibration in RF signal processing, e.g. frequency synthesizer, frequency conversion, common-mode compensation, polar-modulation, etc. It is believed that there is no significant problem in realizing SDR transceivers based on digital RF-CMOS circuits. This article examines a possibility of SDR transceivers using digital RF-CMOS technologies. |
