Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Lots of systems for generating pseudorandom number sequence based on chaos are proposed. These systems have great advantage as high speed generators of high quality pseudorandom number sequences. For these systems, however, security against an attack based on studies of the chaotic dynamical systems or the simplicity of these generating systems has not been discussed sufficiently. In this talk, we explain an attack algorithm to specify the initial data in a pseudorandom number generator utilizing a tent mapping with an arbitrary slope parameter, and then we discuss criterion for the security on these systems.
