Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The medication that is the primaly therapy of parkinsonian tremor has the problem of the side effect, the decrease in the medicinal effect and any more. Then we focus attention on the biofeedback as a method of enabling the tremor control without using the medicine, and have studied, hi this study, we construct the training system, which convert the tremor acceleration root mean square into the sound pressure value of the pure tone, and feedback as auditory information, we recognize own tremor and study the control method. Result of examining effectiveness of training system for 17 parkinson's disease patients, this system was indicated that effective to parkinson's disease tremor. And in addition to the result, it also reports on details of one example of the patient who tried a long series of continuance training from December 2005 to July 2006.
