Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Neuron-type conducting polymer networks have been prepared electrochemically. If the network has paths whose weights change with signals flowed in the paths, a new device can be considered. Conductivity of a composite conducting polymer of polypyrrole and poly (3-alkylthiophene) (Ppy/PAT) has been controlled by the signal. If a neuron-type conducting polymer is made of composite conducting polymer, memory device or neural network device can be proposed. The writing time is long since the writing/rewriting method utilizes the mechanism of dope/undope. This weak point is, however, compensated by the area effect of writing/rewriting. In this paper, the memory effect of the branch of the composite neuron-type conducting polymer has been confirmed and writing /rewriting on composite conducting polymer film has been considered.
