Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Biological and chemical sensor with a rapid response in micro level test is required for health and environmental monitor. Our approach is a novel sensing by porous ion exchange film with 3D acceptor for high performance sensor. This porous ion exchange film has an open-cellular monolith structure with 5~50μm diameter pore. The concentration of inorganic ions and amino acids in the solution can be measured by the film impedance. We succeed in sensing of the ions in the detection limit of 10^<-7>mol. The porous film has a potentiality as a high performance device for biological and chemical sensor.
