Electric Field-Assisted Bipolar Charge spouting with Organic Films

Abstract(in English) To verify the concept of electric-field-assisted bipolar charge generation within organic multiplayer films, model devices within internal charge separation (ICS) zone, in which composed of organic Mg-doped organic Al-complex and V_2O_5, were fabricated. In this report, capacitance measurement at applied bias on double-insulated devices gave us the very helpful information that holes are generated from V_2O_5 and injected to organic layer.
