Abstract(in English) Recently, dye sensitized solar cells using titanium dioxide nanowire and nanotube were reported. Typically, 450℃ anneal process were required for electrode formation. Used by high baking process broke their shapes. In this article, we reported Nb doped titanium dioxide nanowire. The nanowire held shapes and improved photovoltaic performance
