Contact resistance between conductive polymer and metal electrodes : The change of contact resistance by giving pressure

Abstract(in English) PPy/DBS film was made by electro polymerization and placed between the Au electrodes. The change of contact resistance was investigated under the condition that the constant voltage was applied and pressure was increased gradually. Related to the increase of pressure, the decrease of the resistance between the Au electrodes was observed. By measuring the transition of probe which is giving pressure, the cause of the decrease of resistance was also investigated.
