Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The data rate of three-dimensional image which is acquired from the various directions increases rapidly because of the progress of the ultra-high-density image. As the data rate actually reaches 960Mbps for ALOS/PRISM, the image data compression is indispensable. This paper describes the method to compress the image data greatly by using the motion vector and the influences of ups and downs of the regional place and the camera angle are investigated combining the motion vector with the extractive method of three-dimensional data information. Furthermore, the result of the comparison between the proposed and conventional (JPEG2000, JPEG-LS) method is shown briefly.
