Abstract(in English) In this paper, We introduce packet discrimination method and its evaluation which we have proposed and presented. The method enables to speculate TCP/IP packet class defined by information embeded in layer-5 or above with using information in layer-4 or below. We also present our experiment performed in a closed network, which includes pure Winny P2P network to get noiseless data generated by a representative P2P application in Japan.
