Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We developed a new one-beam detection method with changeable multi division patterns. The changeable multi division patterns are realized by the active device, which consists of liquid crystal (LC) active rotator and HOEs. The newly developed system can derive RF signal, one-beam push-pull signal and DPD signal only from five common photo detectors. In addition, the traversing noise of its focusing error signal is stably low.
