| 抄録(和) | 本報告では,ジャンプ過程を変動要因として含む評価関数の近似解法とKernel-basedパターン構造解析による行動選択手法とその応用を示す.Kernel-based統計による解析手法では,入力変数に対する非線形変換関数を適用することにより,やや高次元の線形判別関数を用いた問題へと帰着させることができる.本報告では,行動を決める評価関数を導入するが,この記述ではジャンプ過程を含むブラウン運動を用いることが必要となり,形式的には確率微分方程式による記述と有限差分解法が適用可能である.しかし,これには長時間の計算が必要であるので,等価である動的計画法による近似解法を用いる.このような入力と出力との対応関係についてのデータを収集したあと,Kernel-based手法による判別関数の推定を行い,パターン指向(pattern-directed)の行動選択を推定する.応用例として,シミュレーションにより本報告の手法による行動決定の有効性を議論し,現実の企業行動との対応関係について論じる. |
| 抄録(英) | This report deals with a method of behavioral decision making based on approximate analysis of evaluation functions including jump diffusion processes and Kernel-based pattern-directed structure analyses. By using the Kernel-based statistical analysis, nonlinear discriminant functions are transformed to linear discriminant functions. We define evaluation functions for decision making described as partial differential equations. However, it is difficult to solve these problems analytically and also numerically, then we utilize the Dynamic Programming approaches. After gathering input-output pairs for these problems, we apply the Kernel-based method for the discriminant analysis to derive pattern-directed behavioral decision making. As applications, we show artificially generated examples, and discussed real world data. |
