| 抄録(和) | 本研究は,有限長の信号を,周期信号列へ分解する方法を提案している.スパース信号分解法の一つであるBasis pursuitは,少ない数の基底の線形和による信号分解を実現するために,絶対値の総和を最小化する条件を分解から得られる係数に課している.本提案法は,このBasis pursuitに基づき,周期波形のl_2ノルムの重み付き和を最小化することで,少ない周期信号による信号分解を実現する.本報告では,Basis pursuit雑音除去法と同様に,この分解を制約無しの最小化問題へ変換し,Block Coordinate Relaxation法により近似解を得る方法を示している.実験では,3つの周期信号が重畳した信号に対して,提案法を適用し,その分解結果をSetharesらが提案したPeriodicity transformと比較している.また,2つの音声が混合された信号に対して提案法を適用し,その分解結果を示している. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents a method to decompose a signal into a set of periodic signals. The proposed method decomposes a signal while minimizing the weighted sum of l_2 norms of the periodic signals that are obtained by the decomposition to improve sparsity of the decomposition result. The proposed method is based on basis pursuit that decomposes a signal by adding l_1 norm penalty on the coefficients for the basis function to achieve the signal decomposition with fewer significant coefficients. In our approach, the weighted sum of the l_2 norm of the periodic signals instead of l_1 norm is minimized to decompose signal into fewer periods. We convert this decomposition problem to an unconstrained minimization problem as well as basis pursuit denoising. To solve this unconstrained minimization, we employ a relaxation algorithm that is based on the blcok coordinates relaxation(BCR) algorithm that has been applied to basis pursuit denoising. In experiment, comparisons between the periodicity transform (W. Sethares, 1999) and the proposed decomposition are shown. Moreover, the decomposition and signal separation of a speech mixture are also demonstrated. |
