Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a hierarchical optical path network design algorithm. For the sake of efficient optical path accommodation in waveband path, we define a Cartesian product space so as to evaluate closeness between optical paths. Through grouping of neighbouring optical paths based on search for cluster in the space, we iteratively span waveband paths accommodating these optical paths. The numerical experiments show that the proposed algorithm can reduce total network cost compared when conventional algorithms are employed.
