Access Control Method for Terrestrial Digital Broadcasting and Mobile Communication Convergence

Abstract(in English) It is available for mobile phones to receive "One-Seg" service of terrestrial digital broadcasting. The mobile phones supporting the one-seg have some issues that all broadcasters can read and write information from/to Non volatile RAM within mobile phones via data broadcasting. The broadcasters can also transmit information within mobile phones to URL described in contents using the features of the expanded for broadcast. In this solution report, we considered and created the following the access control method in order to prevent leaking important personal information due to communication functions involved in data broadcasting.
