Abstract(in English) The 'VLive' is a video streaming service on the 3G circuit switched channel, which is suitable for the efficient delivery of the long and real time content, and makes it possible to provide cost efficient services to the subscribers. This paper describes the system, the feature, and the user trend of the 'VLive' service, examples of the contents and usage scenarios, and the expectation on the positive feedback among users, content providers, and the network operator.
