Abstract(in English) | In this paper, I discuss a method of supporting knowledge creating process aiming at solving social problems concerning safety and comfort, and introduce a suite of tools calls conversational knowledge process package that supports individuals or small groups who play an active role in a community, by focusing on the use of conversation as the most natural communication means for humans. |
