Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A fragrance came to be used in the various media. A lingering scent becomes a problem then. It is one method to solve this problem to get rid of useless fragrance ejection. This study aims at a spice small quantity. We measured precision of sense of smell when We emitted a fragrance at minute time and an interval. We measured it between one breathing as the starting point. We defined "the threshold that can divide two fragrances on an time axis" as "two points of separation threshold" in sense of smell. We really measured two points of separation threshold and examined. In the measurement, We used the smell generator which could control precisely.
