Abstract(in English) We are researching the optical interconnection technology using the polymer waveguide production method named LAMM (Large-area Advanced Micro Molding). This time, 4ch optical transmission modules are manufactured by connecting the polymer waveguide with VCSELs and photo diodes by a passive alignment. This module operates with each channel 3.125Gbps, and the performance is enough as the transmission devices between machines.
