Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Change in the optical wave direction perpendicularly between the VCSEL (Vertical-Cavity Surface-Emitting Laser) or the surface receiving photodiode (PD) and the printed-circuit board is one of the key technologies for optical interconnection. In this work, we have studied making this deflection beams for optical interconnection systems and confirmed availability of our method for practical systems.
