Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As an automatic initial parameters determination for plug-and-play base station that doesn't needs manual parameter set, we propose the methods based on the existing mobile stations' measurement reports of the common pilot signal transmitted from a newly installing base station with temporary parameters. In this paper, in order to clarify the performances of the proposed methods, we describe the parameter collision probabilities between a newly installing and existing base stations by the theoretical analysis.
