Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We reported that threshold voltage of organic transistors can be controlled with double-gate structures. By applying that result, we can raise on/off current ratio at V_=0V, and operation voltage of organic CMOS inverters can be reduced to 5V.
