Abstract(in English) Wide dynamic range image sensor has problem that is low sensitivity in low light intensity. In this paper, we propose two amorphous silicon Avalanche Photodiodes (a-Si:H APD) for high sensitivity in low light intensity. These sensitivity are different in one pixel, it is expanded a dynamic range to low light intensity. We report circuit design, simulate, circuit layout of the readout circuit using two a-Si:H APDs. The circuit has function of choice the a-Si:H APD by incident light intensity.
