Abstract(in English) [Fe_<70>Co_<30>/M]_n super-lattice films with a saturation magnetization (B_s) above 2.6 T, which is higher than the maximum B_s of 2.45 T of Fe_<70>Co_<30> alloy in nature were reported. The increase of B_s in the super-lattice films were caused by two effecs: (1) the enhancement of the moment of Fe atoms neighboring with non-magnetic noble atoms such as Rh, Pd, Ag and Pt at the interface, (2) the magnetovolume effect in the Fe_<70>Co_<30> sublayers which lattice was expanded by the tensile stress applied from the non-magnetic sublayers due to the larger atomic size of non-magnetic atoms than that of Fe and Co atoms.
