Abstract(in English) Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT) for Ka Band Fixed Satellite Communication Systems applies to broad-band internet access networks, video communications, and high capacity contents deliveries. And the VSAT is expected to correct disparity in information digital divided areas. In addition, utilizing the VSAT applies to secure the functional communication networks in disaster prevention and disaster occurrence fields. According to these situations, our committee, based on the commission of the investigating from the Ministry of Internal Affaires and Communications, studied technical requirement issues for Ka Band VSAT. So, we introduce these studying issues and technical test results.
