Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We developed multi-channel compact High-Tc Superconducting (HTS) SQUID Magnetocardiograph (MCG). This MCG is using an open type transversal magnetically shielded cylinder. The dimensions of this cylinder are 1.6m length, 1.0m width and 1.6m height. The shield factor of this cylinder for perpendicular to cylinder axis is about 30dB. Directly coupled SQUID magnetometers [1] made of YBa_2Cu_3 on 15×15mm^2 bicrystal SrTiO_3 substrate were used in this MCG. The typical white noise of the magnetometer was 50-100 fT√Hz. This MCG system has 36 magnetometer site for MCG signals measurement and 5 reference site to remove environmental magnetic noises. Magnetometers for MCG signals were arranged in 175mm×175mm area (6×6 matrix). One site of reference sensors consists of three magnetometers to measure the vector noise component. This HTS MCG system could take the current-arrow map which has similar feature from Low-Tc one.
