Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of small animal biosignal measurements, we have developed a biomagnetism measurement system which is suitable for small animals. The principal parts for the system, SQUID sensor array, dewar, XYZ translation stage and magnetically shielded box were newly developed and they were integrated into a transportable chassis, its dimensions are 1.3m width, 0.7m depth and 1.8m height. The integrated 9ch Low-Tc SQUIDs magnetometer array which was designed to improve spatial resolution has 2.5mm diameter pickup-coil in each sensor and covers 8mm×8mm measurement area, and can obtain biomagnetic data of the heart area without mechanical scanning.
