Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Disease-model mice generated by gene modification or administered of drug are provided to investigate the mechanism of heart disease development or treatment. We have developed a biomagnetic measurement system for mice with a high spatial resolution and enough magnetic sensitivity using a dc SQUID magnetometer, and we measured MCG on a normal mouse and a cardiac infarct model mouse more than once, and focused on the temporal change of heart activities. We found that the heart activity is weakening with time.
