Consideration of the Effective Inductance in Phase Quantum Circuits

Abstract(in English) We have proposed Phase Quantum Circuits (PQC) for the high-density integration of SFQ circuits in a future high J_c process. Inductors in the PQCs are Josephson junctions instead of superconducting microstriplines. In this paper, we considered an effective inductance of a Josephson junction. Optimal values of the critical-current of Josephson inductors are investigated for the given number of the junctions by numerical calculation. In addition, we have fabricated PQC flip-flops and confirmed their correct operation.
