Abstract(in English) | Companies have serious concerns to the reliabilities of their services to ensure their customer's satisfactions. However, there are few researches analyzing how the reliabilities really affect the customer's satisfactions. Especially, we never find any research results about the real-data analysis of how many users change the service supplying companies if the reliabilities become worth. This is because it is not easy to develop the practical method to analyze such real-data. Now this paper proposes the practical method of such real-data analysis. The proposed method tests the data of failures and market share to clarify their relationships in a fixed service category (such as phone service). This method is practical in the meaning that it gives a simple test procedure that can be widely applied for complicated failure cases such as multiple failures cases. |
