Abstract(in English) | All services regarded as infrastructure, including telecommunication, affect the social life critically. And they are in the news when a trouble occurs. In the light of service provider, main issue is the ambiguous of criterion for news, therefore it is difficult to advance the reliability of telecommunication networks directly based on news information. In this paper, we propose a discriminant method for network reliability, using outage scale, outage time, and inquiries. In this method, we also employ the traffic pattern, as a measure of socially affection, and distinguish whether a trouble will be made a news. Using this method, we declare the numerical relationship among those parameters mentioned above, and the strength of this method is also shown. |
