Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To prevent traffic increase on the multimedia communications, μSEcast protocol has been proposed as a novel IP packet transmission mechanism that efficiently achieves simultaneous data delivery. The conventional μSEcast, however, works only when the data fields of packets are the completely same. To realize data delivery more efficiently, we improve μSEcast protocol so that it can assemble not only the same but also the similar packets. In this paper, we implement μSEcast on an IP testbed network and evaluate its performance.
