Abstract(in English) In this paper, the construction of snow particle image archiving system with user interface of search and display is described. Natural falling snow particles were photographed using video camera. Snow particle images and that parameters were stored into the system after image processing. This system has three main functionalities: the retrieval of snow particles by parameters, their gray-scale image analysis and display the graph of size distribution, velocity distribution, etc.
