| Abstract(in English) | In the 3GPP, aiming the evolution from Universal Mobile Telecommunications System (UMTS), the discussion and standardization are actively begin done under the name of System Architecture Evolution (SAE). This paper proposed network based mobility management protocol, we call Edge Mobility Protocol (EMP), which supports mobile nodes mobility over the diversified access systems. |
