| Abstract(in English) | A new circuit configuration for extending a locking range of a subharmonically injection locked oscillator (SH-ILO) is presented. The locking range extends in accordance with the increase of higher order harmonics of injected signal. The proposed SH-ILO has an open circuited stub connected to the source of FET for the purpose of increasing higher order harmonics. The fabricated X-band SH-ILO has more than twice locking range as compared with conventional one. |
