Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Chaotic phenomena observed in electronic circuits have been investigated extensively. Recently, researchers attempt to use chaos for applications such as chaotic communications, chaotic encryptions, combinatorial optimization problems, and so on. In particular, chaotic integrated circuits are essential for practical use of the chaotic systems. In this paper, we describe an IC implementation of the three-dimensional autonomous chaotic oscillators, which were proposed by Shinriki and Inaba, respectively. These circuits are designed and fabricated through MOSIS TSMC 0.35μm CMOS process. Measurement results from the chip is reported.
