Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Blue-Violet InGaN semiconductor lasers have been developed to be light sources in the high density optical disk systems. Blue-Violet InGaN lasers reveals high quantum noise when the laser is operated with low output power. The authors proposed a new scheme of noise reduction both for the optical feedback noise and the quantum noise by applying electric positive and negative feedback. We report the result of experiments of characteristics of noise reduction by Electric positive and negative feedback.
