Abstract(in English) A hybrid master oscillator power amplifier, which consists of an InGaAs/AlGaAs tapered amplifier and a fibre-Bragg-grating stabilized diode laser, provided 2.4-W CW output with the beam quality factor M^2 of 1.9 at 1064nm.
