Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Multiple-layer mirrors were consisted of two polymers with different refractive indices, i.e., cellulose acetate and poly (N-vinylcarbazole). Using such mirrors, we fabricated DBR-type and DFB-type vertical-cavity resonators. The samples were pumped by the second harmonic of a 7ns Q-switched Nd: YAG laser. The lasing phenomena were observed in two types of resonators. The threshold pulse energy of DBR laser and DFB laser were 88μJ/pulse and 60μJ/pulse, respectively.
