A Design Method of Dual-band Wilkinson Power Dividers

Abstract(in English) Recently, dual-band power dividers are developed actively in connection with exciting progress of mobile communication systems. In this paper, first, a design method of a dual-band magic-T consisting of uniplanar lines such as CPW and CPS is described on the basis of distributed-constant circuit theory, and then a dual-band Wilkinson power divider is designed with the aid of this magic-T design concept. Finally, a compact Wilkinson power divider, which is easily constructed in a microstrip structure, is designed by connecting a series-LCR circuitry as the stabilizing resistor on a similar idea.
