Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we focus on the flexibility of frequency resource control by multi-carrier techniques and propose a new duplex scheme based on the techniques, orthogonal frequency division duplex (OFDD). In OFDD, uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) channels consist of different sets of orthogonal sub-carriers each other. In this paper, we investigate an impact of inter-link interference (ILI) due to carrier frequency offset (CFO) and Doppler spread. We introduce two types of sub-carrier assignment schemes, block assignment (BA) and interleave assignment (IA). Then, we compare the bit error rate (BER) performances of the OFDD systems with BA and IA under the presence of ILI by computer simulations.
