Abstract(in English) Image magnifiers assist persons with visual disabilities. Their main functions are enlarging images and binalization. In the filield of image processing, there are many processing techniques. We implement the new image magnifier, that assist persons with visual disabilities and prompt their social activities. Our image magnifier is the first one, that is planned, designed and produced under consideration of color recognition.
