Proposal of Service Control Platform Based on User Information : Access Control of User Information and Its Application

Abstract(in English) A framework of service control platform and related technologies have been studied. And proposed framework is based on user information under the privacy control by user's side, which may result in a stimulation of user's information dissemination. This paper shows the method of access control for user information, which is one of privacy control mechanisms. And then, this access control for user information has been designed and implemented based on XACML (eXtensible Access Control Markup Language) and user information is assumed to be described as a format of RDF (Resource Description Framework) standardized by W3C for the purpose of the realization of Semantic Web. Also this paper describes how to support XACML policy generation and update. Finally the prototype of content distribution system based on user's preferences has been developed and demonstrated.
