Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the current environment there are diversity with regard to the connect mode, it is possible for one node to hold multiple interfaces. By using the node like this, the user can take advantage of the connect environment in which it can utilize each interface's feature effectively. Especially the mobile node, which come and go in the area providing Cellular and Wireless LAN, can get large effect because of multiple interfaces. However, in order to achieve such effect, it is needed to add the new mechanism into the existing mobility management system. Current MobileIPv6 can't allow the home agent to change the forwarding destination when the mobile node is connected to both home network and foreign network because there is the limitation of using interface. This paper introduces the new approach on attaching home network and the method to use home CoA in order to achieve use of multiple interfaces regardless of connected network.
