Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have proposed the on-line signature verification method in the DWT domain in which a pen-position parameter is decomposed into sub-band signals and then they are verified using adaptive signal processing. Even when forgers trace genuine signatures, higher verification rate can be obtained compared with a time-domain verification method. Moreover, we have proposed multi-matcher verification methods. Other parameters are generated using the pen-position data and verified based on the DWT sub-band decomposition and the adaptive signal processing. Total decision is done by fusing the verification results in multiple parameters. In this report, we examine not only the verification performances of the parameters based on the pen-position data but also the verification performances of their fusion.
