Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of our study is to develop a display system which vary contents on the screen in response to user's eye movements so that more effective information can be presented. Further, as we assume that the display system is used in daily life, the scheme of the system is to be less burdensome for users. In developing the system, we measure not only slow eye movements such as fixation movements or smooth pursuit movements but also quick eye movements technically known as saccadic movements. To make user's restriction small while measuring quick eye movement like saccade, we use two different methods, that is the high rate measurement algorithm and the low late measurement algorithm. The high rate measurement algorithm is simple as possible. It measures quick eye movement such as saccade in high rate. The low rate measurement algorithm is kind of complex algorithm. It plays a role in correcting the high rate measurement algorithm. We made both accuracy and rate of measurement accuracy and measurement possible by combining these two algorithms.
