Abstract(in English) Lately, the expectation of the technique which provide reassurance for people rise with social unrest rises. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of information presentation on the sense of reassurance and uneasiness and to propose a basic guideline in the interface to make a user reassuring. We focus on the sense of assent as the factor of the sense of reassurance and we plan the experiment that examined how the sense of understanding and the commitment to information influence the sense of reassurance and uneasiness.
