| 抄録(和) | 主ユニットが故障を検出するため,監視ユニットに定期的に信号を送信するシステムを考える.監視ユニットは,この信号を一定の時間間隔内に受信できたならば,主ユニットは正常に動作していると判断する.しかし,主ユニットが故障していない場合であっても,何らかの原因により時間間隔内に監視ユニットが信号を受信できない場合がある.そのような信号遅延の原因は,マイクロプロセッサにおける割り込み処理,ルータなどにおける監視ユニットとの中継回線に輻輳したなどが考えられる.このようなシステムに対して,いくつかの確率モデルを構築し,故障検出までの期待時間と総期待費用,単位時間当りの期待費用を導出する.さらに,故障分布が指数分布で与えられるとき,期待費用を最小にする最適な点検回数について解析し,具体的に数値例を挙げ種々議論する. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper considers a system that the main unit send some signals periodically to the checking unit for detection of the failure. If the checking unit cannot receive the signal by given periodic time, then it is considered the main unit has faild. However, there exists a possibility that the checking unit cannot receive a signal by the periodic time though the unit doesn't have any failure. Thes delay of signal occurs by some reasons such as busy state for processing task. When the failure is detected by checking unit, the unit is replaced and becomes like new and starts to operate again. We obtain the expected costs analytically, and derive the optimal policies which minimizes them. Numerical example are finally given when the failure time has an exponential distribution. |
